今天的我，感冒了。
感觉很疲倦。
一点精神都没有。
但我也只能把工作做完，
才能回家休息。

该是时候休息了。

今天的我，想用华文来表达自己的心情。

早上 ~

本来想起个大早去跑步的。

谁料到，外头竟然下起大雨！

真的好扫兴喔。。。

但也没办法啦！

只好继续睡觉。。。

下午 ~
突然好想，好想吃冰淇淋。
所以，我便到楼下的7-11便利商店买了一个巧克力口味的冰淇淋。
吃了后，心情也变得非常好。
原来我是那么容易满足的 ~

膀晚 ~
看了半小时的‘娱乐百分百’后，我便开始做热身运动。
然后就到附近的公园去跑步。
跑了十圈后，感觉很不一样。
很轻松 ~
很开心 ~
好像一点烦恼都没有。
我好喜欢这种感觉喔。。。
真希望时间能够停留。。。
=/

明天又要上班了。
总感觉生活好无聊。。。
一点乐趣都没有。
我该怎么办呢？

My mum , brother & I went to the Metro Expo Sale in the afternoon .
We spent quite a sum there .
Shall settle it when the bill comes .

Went to Changi Airport after that .
Somehow , my heart feels very peaceful when I'm at the airport or the beach .
These 2 locations are my favourite "hideout" when I'm feeling down .
=/

All 3 S.H.E's book autograph sessions in Taiwan were cancelled due to the 台风 .
Now , HIM is trying to come up with new timings to make up for the cancellation .
I'm just worried that the books don't arrive that soon ~
))=

Shall go for a jog / run tmr .
Hope it helps to refresh my mind ~

Everyone in the office (or probably majority of the people) wore orange to work today .

I didn't know we have to wear that colour today ,

& I wore black instead .

Anyway , I wasn't the only "outstanding" one .

So it doesn't matter to me too .

I was super duper sleepy at work today .

Kept going to the washroom .

It's a long weekend ahead !

I can get to rest & catch up with the rest for the next few days .

Oh yeah !

Volunteers for Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2009 is opened for registration .

Yeah !

I just want to be happy .
That's all .
But I can hardly remember when was the last time I really smiled .
& I meant the real smile .
The smile which comes from the bottom of my heart .
I'm losing myself ~

Yesterday was Race Day 2 of the OSIM Singapore International Triathlon 2009 .
The 5 of us was totally drained after the event .
& I was sun-burned too .
I knocked out at 8.30pm last night (considering the fact that I didn't sleep for more than 24 hours) .

Though tired , I do feel a sense of satisfaction .
Looking forward to other such events .

I read from the papers that 1 of the participants died .
It was very saddening to know that .
May he rest in peace ~
