this week started off great .
i'm done with the travel & hospital claims which i have on hand ,
& my supervisor was delighted when i told her that .
felt a sense of satisfaction .

& so ,
my supervisor took a half-day leave & left during lunch time ,
leaving me with some work to do .
i had to go to another department called Policy Servicing to get the policy jacket of a particular policy from a particular staff .
hahs .
anyways ,
read through the policy jacket & realised that it was similar to the one which i'm dealing with now .
at least if my supervisor ask what's the policy about ,
i know how to answer her .

i love my job ,
with the fact that i'm able to deal with claims .
but it gets a little boring if i have nothing much to do .
i guess after travel & hospital claims ,
i'm gonna touch on liability / 3rd party claims liao .
alright .
i shall stop here now ~
